Crave Body Jewelry takes immense pride in our quality and excellent Customer Service. If you are not satisfied with a purchase/or received damaged items, we’ll assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s), or if our inventory does not permit, you will be given a store credit.

Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or defective or if the original order was not eligible for free shipping.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracking number and adding insurance when returning items.

All return costs are non-refundable and at the full responsibility of the customer. 

·         Due to hygiene and safety regulations, this piercing sterilized needles box and disposable tools are non-returnable. Once the packaging is opened or the item has been used, we cannot accept returns to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and protection. Please carefully check the contents and ensure they meet your needs before purchase, as we prioritize the health and safety of all our customers. 
·         Returns or exchanges for 14Kt items are accepted but only upon verification of the item's condition. To ensure the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged state, we will carefully inspect it before processing any returns or exchanges. Please note that all requests must be made within the specified return period, and the item must be in its original packaging. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions or concerns before your purchase.

All returns must be notified within 7 (seven) business days of the shipment received to date and must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a Return and Exchange form or a copy of your Invoice. To obtain your RMA number, follow these instructions:

How to Return

·         Any items without the original packaging or already sold to the customer WILL NOT be honored.
·         Any item returned because it was wrongly ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, style, dissatisfaction, ordered by mistake, after the grace period) when received will incur a 30% restocking fee.
·         Returns will be processed as exchange or store credit to your online account ONLY. Refunds are not available.
·         Please note that we will not honor any items that have passed our 7(seven)-business day grace period counting from the delivery date.

Packaging and Return Instructions
·         For a return(s) to be accepted for store credit, all items MUST be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all, if any, accessories. Any items that you received with tags/body cards attached must be returned with those tags/body cards intact.
·         Along with a copy of the invoice or the email confirmation of the return, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
·         Ship by using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or other legitimate parcel carriers.
·         Crave Body Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), so please ship your packages insured with tracking for your safety.
·         Any returns received due to poor packaging will NOT be honored.
·         Keep your shipping receipt until you have fully received your exchange or credit.
