Crave Body Jewelry takes immense pride in our quality and excellent Customer Service. If in any case you are not satisfied with a purchase/or received damaged items, we’ll assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s), or if our inventory does not permit, you will be given a store credit.
All returns must be notified within 7 (seven) business days of the shipment received to date and must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a Return and Exchange form or a copy of your Invoice. To obtain your RMA number you may email us at info@cravebodyjewelry.com or you may also call us at 213-244-1414 (Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time).
Buyers are liable for return shipping fees unless a wrong item or a defective item was received. For your protection, please ship your return items with a tracking number.

All return costs are non-refundable and at the full responsibility of the customer. Buyers are liable for return shipping fees. For your protection, please ship your return items with a tracking number.
Packaging and Return Instructions
· For a return(s) to be accepted for store credit, all items MUST be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all if any accessories. Any items that you received with tags/body cards attached must be returned with those tags/body cards intact.
· Along with a copy of the invoice or the email confirmation of the return, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
· Ship by using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or other legitimate parcel carriers.
· Crave Body Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), so please ship your packages insured with tracking for your safety.
· Any returns received due to poor packaging, will NOT be honored.
· Keep your shipping receipt until you have fully received your exchange or credit.
