CRAVE Body Jewelry's office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on the weekends and major holidays. Our website, however, is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
* I can't see the prices. What is the reason?
The prices are shown once registered and logged in to the website.
* How can I set up an account on your website?

* I do not have a seller's permit. Can I still purchase from you?
We are closed to the general public and will require a business license /or seller's permit for purchase. That includes a tattoo artist license and a piercer license as well.
We kindly maintain the right to decline any order if deemed necessary.
* Can I hold the items saved in my shopping cart?
Yes, our server will remember the items in your shopping cart. But, please note that we do not guarantee a hold on the items.
All our items are on a "first-come, first-serve" basis order, meaning no items can be held for anyone. Whoever purchases the items first will receive them in case of a limited inventory or a sudden demand for a specific item.
* Online Promotions and Discounts
Crave Body Jewelry has the right to end any form of promotion or discount without notice at any time. All promotions and discounts are "ONLY VALID" on our website: www.cravebodyjewelry.com ***NO EXCEPTION.
* How do I get the quantity price break or Tier Discount?
Quantity price breaks are automatically calculated when you purchase more of the same style and color for a specific item. The quantity breaks can differ from product to product, so please check each item for specific info.
There are no price breaks on the following items:
- Displays
- Specials, Package Deals, and Display Deals
* What is the minimum amount to order?
Our minimum is USD 50.00 for both international and domestic. (May vary depending on promotions).
* What is your return policy?
Please refer to the Shipping/return on the bottom link on our Website.

* I’ve finished placing my order and already checked out, but realized I forgot to add an item; would I be able to add an item without making another order?
Please call or email us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your submitted order. Once our warehouse begins picking up your order, your list of items will be locked and we will be unable to make additional changes to your existing order. info@cravebodyjewelry.com or (213)453-4935.
* What happens if a product I order is out of stock?
If there is any product from your order that is out of stock or short on stock, we will ship whatever we have available and remove the unavailable items from your order. You will never be charged for anything that is not available.
* How does a pickup order work?
If the option to "pick up at store" has been chosen, you will be contacted once the order is ready for pickup.
Pick-up orders follow the same line as orders that will be shipped, meaning they don't have a priority and will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
* Do you accept COD?
Not at this time.
* My order is over US$200 for US Continental or US$700 for international, but I don't see the Free Shipping Option. Please check if you are purchasing any products that do not qualify for free shipping. These products do not qualify for free shipping due to larger size and heavier weight: Piercing Tools, Needles, Jewelry Displays, and Aftercare Products.
Please contact us if you are not purchasing any non-qualifying products and still do not see the free shipping option at info@cravebodyjewelry.com.
* How long does it take to ship my order?
After checking out, your order gets processed, depending on the shipping method and the time in which your order was placed. We do our best to ship out all shipments on the same day if the order is received by 10 a.m. (PST)

Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
Exceptions:
- All orders placed over the weekend or Holiday will be processed the following business day in the order they were received.
- Priority shipments (UPS Next Day, UPS Next Day Saver, or UPS 2nd Day received before 10 PM (PST) will get processed that same day; if received after the Cut-off time or over the weekend or on a Holiday, that order will be processed the following business day.

* My orders have been shipped but I still can't track them. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information is not available until your order has been shipped. And, regarding how you place your order (online or with an in-house sales rep) tracking will be emailed if you place your order online the day your shipment is shipped. For in-house orders, you may contact us and request them from one of our friendly staff.
* Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We will ship anywhere in the world where our carriers ship. (Via UPS ONLY)
* For orders shipping outside of the U.S. will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
When you place an international order at https://cravebodyjewelry.com/ or with an in-house sales rep, you authorize our shipping carrier (UPS) customs broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue (depending on the country) to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. If you choose (USPS) the buyer will be liable for all duties and taxes applicable to their orders.
*** (Applies to Canada Shipping) duties are determined as a percentage of the total amount of goods purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities.
- Shipping outside the U.S.A.: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Crave Body Jewelry ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", does not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
* I was just curious as to whether you drop ship or not.
Sorry, we do not do any form of drop shipping but are in the works of making this a reality soon.
* It seems as though I lost my password to log in, how would I go about receiving a new password?

* Do you provide product clear images without your watermark?
Absolutely! We will be more than happy to provide you with the images of any of your orders you have purchased, if additional images are needed please contact us/contact us at info@cravebodyjewelry.com.
Clear images of the products are provided only for items that have already been purchased, and they are available upon request.
* Is your jewelry autoclaved or sterilized?
No, our jewelry is not autoclaved or sterilized. To ensure hygienic use, please take the necessary precautions after receiving your products. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that all items are suitable for autoclaving.
* Do you sell loose parts of the products separately, rather than the entire piece?
Yes, for certain products we do sell loose parts of the jewelry. Examples include thread balls and posts. All loose parts can be found in the Body Jewelry Parts section of our website.
* Does CRAVE Body Jewelry send any samples?
We apologize, but we, CRAVE Body Jewelry, do not send any samples of our products.
* The promotional coupon code is not giving me the full percentage off. Why?
